Auto Retractable Cable Lockout

a) Made from durable ABS, with stainless steel cable stored internally, anti-corrosive and temperature-resistant.

b) Push button self-winding mechanism retracts automatically to tightly cinch the cable, leaving no slack.

c) Designed to effectively lock out different types of disconnect switches and small gate valves.

d) With auto retractable function, it's easy to operate, compact and portable.

e) Accepts up to 8 padlocks for multiple lockout application, locking shackle max diameter 8mm.

f) Cable length and color can be customized.

The main target

After the completion of the project, Dongjiang Group has a clear system and scientific and effective procedures for LOTO management and operation, qualified executors to carry out corresponding operations, and colleagues to configure appropriate security locking tools.

Deliver results

1. Confirm that the basic safety measures of the equipment can meet the needs of LOTO; otherwise, put forward corresponding covering plans and measures;

2. Control scheme and procedures of LOTO of Dongjiang Group;

3. LOTO management of sample equipment and generation of effective technical documents (energy source chart & Energy tag /LOTO operation management instruction);

4. Provide appropriate locks for each set of equipment of Dongjiang Group.

Acceptance criteria

1. Equipment list, equipment plans and measures to be improved;

2. The sample equipment shall cover equipment and public facilities;

3. Cover all maintenance activities;

4. The participation degree of maintenance personnel and operation personnel in the project is greater than or equal to 50%;

5. LOTO locking points recorded and approved by the audit;

6. LOTO management covering all objects, including contractor maintenance operations;

7. Define the LOTO control scheme and formulate procedures through the audit;

8. The level of technical personnel involved in the preparation of LOTO operating instructions exceeds 20%;

9. All equipment is equipped with proper locks.
